Govee’s interesting new strip lights with Skyline Kit are now available. It brings fresh in ambient lighting with a wall-mounted setup designed to create Horizon Inspired Lighting in any room.
This is not a typical skin and stick LED strip, the Skyline kit is mounted between two walls like a shower curtain pole, and is designed to throw a wide soft glow over, washing the walls and ceiling to wash the colour.
Govee says that the floating wall cleaning effect adds depth and atmosphere, turning flat surfaces into something closer to urban sunsets. Or maybe it’s just a cold mood booster.
There are two size options. The 4-meter version will cost $119.99, while the 6-meter model will return to $149.99. Both are available from Govee’s own store or from Amazon.
Wrapped in a slim white shell with brushed aluminum accents, the Skyline kit keeps things sophisticated and modern and is wall mounted, making it less likely to knock off or peel off by curious kids and pets.
With an adjustable 360 degree light bar, you can aim for a glow without the need for a degree in lighting design.

If you have over 120 preset scenes and want to build a more immersive smart lighting setup, you can link with other Govee products using DreamView.
Of course, it works with the Govee Home App, but it’s also a valid issue, allowing you to control it through the smart home system you use.
