Amazon quietly refreshed its Echo Show lineup in November 2024, the day before it began trading on Black Friday. A coincidence? I doubt that is not the case.
The second-generation Echo Show 15 will be replaced by the previous Echo Show 15 model, which was not available for a while, but the Echo Show 21 is new to the Echo Show lineup and offers the largest echo screen.

The Amazon Echo Show 15 and Amazon Echo Show 21 were both announced on the same day. This is now available immediately in both the US and the UK if you were not paying attention on November 20, 2024.
The Echo Show 15 costs $299.99 / £299.99, while the Echo Show 21 costs $399.99 / £399.99.
So, the Echo Show 21 is more expensive of the two devices, but is expected given the larger display.

The Amazon Echo Show 15 and Echo Show 21 are, of course, different in terms of physical dimensions, but are roughly the same from a design perspective.
The echo shows a 15 measurement of 410 x 260 x 360mm, and the echo shows a 21 measurement of 540 x 340 x 380mm.
