Why can’t an already recorded fingerprint be unlocked?

Since during the process of recording fingerprints, you may not have recorded a complete fingerprint. Therefore, the center and edges of the fingerprint should be recorded as complete as possible.

Why can I unlock the door with other fingers when I’ve set up an administrator fingerprint?

You may not have successfully set the administrator fingerprint, so you need to follow the steps in the manual to reset the administrator fingerprint, or enter your fingerprint according to the “How to set fingerprint” video on the product page.
