Unable to charge/ Slow charge / Charging intermittently:
1.Must use the included TYPE-C cable and adapter.
2.Must Use the QC 3.0 charging port, not the 5V/2.4A port for fast charging.
3.For large cell phone, please pull down the bottom tray to the end.
4.Be sure your phone case is NOT thicker than 6mm.
5. Please remove metal material, magnetic objects, credit cards or pop holders on the back of your phone or between the phone and the phone case.
The suction cup won’t be attached to the dash:
1.How to ensure the stability: Cleaning the flat surfaces to ensure that there is no dust or oil. For not smooth surface, please must stick the included 3M dashboard adhesive pad and press hard 10 second, and wait for 24 before install suction cup.
2.How to resore strong adsorption of the suction cup: Just rinse it with water water and let it air dry to stick like new.
3.Warm tips: the 3M adhesive tape is one-time use. If you need to take it off, please wipe the dashboard with alcohol wipes to remove residue.
