I feel the magnetic force is very weak. Why is that?
When paired with a MagSafe phone case, the G05 AIR maintains a maximum magnetic force of 20N. If you experience insufficient magnetic force, please check your phone model or verify that the black magnetic ring has been installed correctly.
How to use the included black magnetic ring.
If neither your device nor your phone case supports MagSafe and you need to use the G05 AIR, you can simply attach it to the designated location. If your device supports MagSafe, please do not use this black magnetic ring.
