ATTENTION: MacOS does not support A-B-C extend mode, also:

Beside the connected USB-C port must supported DP Alt Mode (video output) as the above picture shown, you must also make sure the product connected directly into your laptop and monitors, can not through any hub/dock/dongle.If you’re going to use both HDMI ports on this type-c to hdmi adapter simultaneously, please make sure the resolution of your monitors are both 1080P or have set to 1080P before connected!Please be noted that only Windows system suppports A-B-C extend mode, MacOS only supports A-A-A or A-B-B display. Please be clear of this as well as your need. Also, this dual monitor extender does not work with Dell laptops please check your device before ordering.If you laptop received the error said no enough power, please try connected the USB-C power port on the other side of this adapter to see if it can work. This very USB-C power port can only charging your device but in a slow speed, will not fast charging.If this video converter does not support A-B-C extended display on your Windows laptop, please try manually reduced both resolution of your monitors into 1080P and then retry. If still can not support A-B-C extended display after ensured the resolution of monitors are 1080P, please reach to Herfair for full re-fu-nd immediately!

Please be clear that only Windows system support A-B-C extend mode but MacOS does NOT! MacOS only supports A-A-A or A-B-B display with this adapter!

Please be aware that:

Windows supports MST mode and SST mode. macOS Only supports SST mode. In another word: ABC/ABA/AAB (Extend) Display Mode is not supported on macOS while Windows supports all the display modes.Make sure USB-C port of your laptop supports Displayport Alt mode.
