Why did the door not unlock successfully after entering the code at the keypad?

After entering the password you need to click on the unlock pattern to unlock it.

Is this smart lock suitable for steel doors?

Not suitable, only for wooden doors

Is it compatible with mortise lock door?

No. It is also not compatible with Integrated and rim cylinder. Only fits single cylinder.

When I lock it, but it unlock; When I unlock it, it lock. What should I do?

Reset the door opening direction on the TTlock App. ( App Home Page – Setting – Door Opening Direction – Open to right/Open to left

IC card can be used to unlock your door, but can’t be used to lock your door. When used card to unlock, please put the card on the center of keypad where have a card pattern, and tightly close to it.
