1. Why is wireless charging not working with my phone?

Make sure you are using a compatible adapter, for fast wireless charging a Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 adapter is needed. ( INCLUDED) If you’re using your old phone’s adapter, it might not offer enough power to charge your phone.Ensure that you place the wireless charger pad on a flat surface and make sure your phone is in the center of the pad.If the phone is hot, allow it to cool down. Your phone may get warm while it charges, wired or wirelessly. On the other hand, wireless charging generates more heat since it’s not as efficient as wired charging through cables. When the phone battery gets too warm, it might stop charging to protect the battery.Try removing your case or other accessories on your device. Cases made of metal or with attachments including MagSafe cases will interfere with charging. Do not place metal objects, magnets, metal rings, RFID cards, holders, or credit cards in between your device and the wireless charger. These may block wireless signals or cause overheating.

2. How do I speed up fast wireless charging?

For fast wireless charging at least a 18W adapter is required (INCLUDED)Make sure your smartphone doesn’t only support wireless charging, it also has to support fast wireless charging. For example, iPhone supports 7.5W /15W while the Samsung Galaxy phones support 10/15W, and most other devices are below 10W. (Note: REESTECQI wireless charger provides a max 7.5W charge for the iPhone 13/12 series. To charge the iPhone 12/13 series at 15W, please use an official MagSafe wireless charger ) . Some devices can now support up to 55W, but that is only possible with their official wireless charger.If you are using lots of apps on your phone, including sat nav; your phone battery will drain faster and make charging your phone slower. Close apps running in the background to speed up the charging process.

3. Can I charge my phone with my phone case on?

Yes, REESTECQI wireless charger pad charges through cases up to 4mm thickness. Please remove metal and magnetic objects from your phone before because these could interfere with charging.

4. What speed will my phone wireless charge at?

This depends on your phone model and brand. For example for iPhone can charge up to 7.5W, for Samsung 10W, for LG 15W. Certain phones can charge faster but an official charger is required to do so. REESTECQI wireless charger supports up to 15W for LG, 7.5W for iPhone, 10W for Samsung, and 5W wireless charging for other Qi-enabled devices.
