Q: If the pairing window doesn’t appear:

Check if Bluetooth is on. Reset the phone. Click “Ignore this device” in the Bluetooth Setting on your phone; then you can pair again

Q: wireless charging not work? 1. Remove any protective cases or foreign objects that may obstruct charging, especially during long-distance pairing Q: wireless charging not work? 2. Make sure to align the wireless induction center with the transmission center properly Q: wireless charging not work? Use a charger with a 5V/1.2A or higher output and ensure it meets Qi Standard compatibility Q: One earbud has no sound? Put both earbuds into the case, close the lid, and then open the lid again Q: One Side doesn’t charge? Please try to clean the charging pin of the case or earbuds
