Place the wireless charger pad on a flat surface and centrally locate your phone on the pad.If your phone overheats, let it cool down. Expect it to warm up while charging, especially wirelessly as it generates more heat. Stop charging if the battery becomes too warm, for its safety. Remove your phone case or other accessories that might interfere with charging, specifically metallic ones or those with for MagSafe cases, as they can disrupt the process. Don’t keep any metal objects, magnets, metal rings, RFID cards, holders, or credit cards between your device and the charger, as they can interrupt wireless signals or cause overheating.

How to achieve fast charging?

Use an 18W adapter for quick wireless charging.Ensure your smartphone not only supports wireless charging, but also fast wireless charging.For example, for iPhone supports 7.5W /15W while for Samsung Galaxy phones support 10/15W, and most other devices are below 10W.
